易三仓大学孔子学院开展中华美食节活动 CIAU Will Teach You How to Become A Chef of Chinese Food

为使学生更好地感受中国文化的魅力,提高学生学习汉语的兴趣,易三仓大学孔子学院于2016年11月17日开展了中华美食节活动。

此次活动分为“包饺子”和“做中国菜”两部分。饺子是中国的古老传统面食之一,在中国的饮食文化中占据着重要一席。在老师的讲解和指导下,学生认真学习了和面、拌馅、擀皮和包饺子等饺子制作的详细步骤。在中国菜烹饪部分中,学生也都表现出了极大的热情,从准备材料、切菜、配制调料到最后的烹饪,每个过程他们都认真学习,并亲自动手实践。此外,孔院老师还为学生讲解了筷子的使用和禁忌等用餐礼仪,以及宫保鸡丁等中国名菜的来历。

通过这次文化活动,学生不仅切身体验了中国美食的制作,更感受到了中国传统饮食文化的博大精深。

 

To help the CIAU learners to get a better understanding of Chinese culture, CIAU prepared a special program about Chinese food on November 17, 2016.

There is no doubt Jiaozi is the most important food for the Chinese. If you want to know more about China, it is suggested that you start from the culture of Jiaozi. A very professional Chinese chef explained and showed the whole process of making Jiaozi from making dough, mixing stuff, making rolls and wrapping.

The learners are also lucky enough to learn how to cook Chinese dishes. They showed great interests in preparing materials, cutting, mixing sauces and cooking. After the chef showed them how to cook Chinese dishes, they started their practicing immediately.

After some practice, the competition for making Jiaozi and cooking Chinese dishes were held. They are very happy to have a bite of the Jiaozi and Chinese dishes cooked by themselves.
