May 17, 2019, 10 students from College of Saint Benedict and Saint John University and 16 teachers and students from Assumption University visited Confucius Institute at Assumption University (hereafter CIAU) to learn Chinese language and experience Chinese culture.
CIAU Chinese director Ms. Yang Hairong welcomed the students and taught them how to say Hello, China, America, Thai and panda in Chinese. CIAU teachers brought the students’ beloved panda into the culture activity Chinese round fan painting.The students were attracted to the round fan painting. They kept saying “interesting” and told CIAU teachers that this is the most interesting culture activity they have experienced. As soon as they finished, they took photos.
